How much does a new roof cost in the Tri-Cities?
It depends on the size and pitch of your roof, the material you choose, and whether the deck underneath needs repair. Rather than quote a range that may not fit your home, we inspect the roof and put a real price in writing for free. Financing is available through our partners if you would rather spread the cost out.
Do you charge for an estimate?
No. Your inspection and written quote are free, and there is no pressure to sign anything while we are there.
Should I repair my roof or replace it?
If the damage is limited to one area and the roof still has years left in it, a repair is usually the better value. If it is leaking in more than one spot, losing shingles, or coming up on twenty years old, a full replacement normally costs less over the long run. We will tell you straight which one your roof needs.
What do you install besides roofing?
Siding, gutters, windows, doors, and skylights. We install ProVia windows and doors, CertainTeed and Alside products, and Bulldog Gutter Guard, all USA made and backed by manufacturer warranties.
